Q. What times are you operational?
A. Our workshop is open from 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday & 8AM till NOON on Saturday.

Q. Which cars are you capable of servicing?
A. all kinds of models can be serviced and we also provide logbook servicing.

Q. Do I need to know what is wrong with my car?
A. We are professionals so we will be the ones to tell you what is needed. However, we pride ourselves on customer care through clear communication so any input you have will be most welcome.

Q. What if the service I need is not on your list of services?
A. That is not an issue, just contact us and specify the service that your car needs and we will provide it for you.

Q. What times can I drop off or pick up the car?
A. We are operational from 8 to 5 so any time during this period is okay. If you need to drop the car off earlier or pick it up later, just contact us to make those arrangements.

Q. What payment options and modes do you accept?
A. We accept all major forms of credit and debit card payments, cash, and bank transfers. We prefer that you pay after the service has been rendered, however we can also accept prepayment for routine servicing.

Q. What if the payment required for all service exceeds the original quotation?
A. We run a diagnostics check on the car to determine what needs to be serviced before starting any work. We will therefore inform you if it exceeds our original estimate.

Q. Do you provide custom services?
A. We are well qualified to provide custom services just contact us to make an enquiry.

Q. Do I get a broken down cost estimate/invoice?
A. Yes, we break it down to show labour, parts, and GST.

Q. How long does it take to get the car serviced and ready?
A. When you drop off your car and inform us of what service you need, we will be able to give you a time estimate.
